Oh Henry Hockey

Larry Beccaokay so I missed an update or two.

A friend of mine helped us with some tickets to a minor league hockey game in Frisco; it was fun. I felt really bad for the people in front of me- me screaming in their ear all kinds of loud stuff.

This is a fantastic shot of us considering Becca was cold, we were in the middle of a lot of people screaming, jumping around and Becks natural ability not to take a picture with a digital camera.

It’s great!

Ethan goes ‘around and around’ at the Fall Festival

Little Elm has a Fall Festival. You know it’s little carnivals that come through that are ran by the social rejects you wouldn’t normally trust a potato gun with, but some how in the spirits of letting kids be kids and have a bit of fun.

We got Ethan, Beck and Britty riding the bucket spin thingy. They were going round and round. Beck got a bit sick, but the good news; she didn’t ‘burple’.

Paint’n, Play’n and farewell to Cooper

image I’ve been running a bit late on posting something.

We’ve met some new neighbors. I tried to trim the bushes with my hedge trimmer, but I managed to cut the extension cord again. Which tripped the break, which made me have to figure out my new fuse box.

Farewell to Cooper

We had to get rid of Cooper. He was causing some issues with Ethan; he may have an allergy to dogs/dander or something. He was actually doing very well, but we were able to find him a good home.

The unpacking continues… and please welcome Cooper

imageWe’ve been in our new house for a little over a week. We are still in the process of rebuilding. You’d think by now we would have this process down to a science.

But while we’re old pros at this; we’re old pros at this… I think this time we are going to pace ourselves.

Beck already has ideas of grandeur, but as usual, I think she’s going to start out with a few coats of paint here and there. She just hasn’t kept quiet about all the things she wants to change… We think about things the same way, but not on the same schedule.

My Transformers are back on display!

FILE0294I’ve had to put my Transformers on hold for a while now. I used to have them on a few shelves, then we moved and they went in to boxes and now that we have a house again; it’s back to fresh air.

To give most of them visual space I only have 51 of my Transformers on display. My Optimus Primes’ have a section and the big guys are at the top [Star Scream, Jet Storm, Unicron, Primus..]

My biggest Transformer is Fortress Maximus [still valued @ $800]; he’s not on display on the shelf— he’s too big to fit. Talk about lucky- Beck found him at a yard sale and bought him for $2. INCREDIBLE FIND.

My favorites are Jetfire, Optimus Prime, Galvatron, Prowl, Star Scream, Sun Streaker and Silverbolt.

We are slowly putting the house back together. It’s funny, but the office area is the last to be taken down and the first to be put back together.

Until next time,
Larry Jr.
