Paint’n, Play’n and farewell to Cooper

image I’ve been running a bit late on posting something.

We’ve met some new neighbors. I tried to trim the bushes with my hedge trimmer, but I managed to cut the extension cord again. Which tripped the break, which made me have to figure out my new fuse box.

Farewell to Cooper

We had to get rid of Cooper. He was causing some issues with Ethan; he may have an allergy to dogs/dander or something. He was actually doing very well, but we were able to find him a good home.

FILE0271

I’ve this other picture of the new house; the back porch. It’s cool. It’s going to be so nice going back there to relax…

And Jami, if you decide to come down again, we have a favorite of yours. Take out Chinese food.

It’s just right across the road basically, but so is Wal-mart and Lowes. Personally I liked Chef Chu’s better.

FILE0272This other place is called Panda Express.

I don’t like it so much, but it’s okay. The girls seem to like it. I took this picture coming out the place the other day.

At the time, seemed like a neat thing to do, but Becca was like, ‘…what are you doing? Why?’

It’s kind’a hard to explain being geeky about stuff and why- so I don’t explain anymore.

This was just some innocent fun.. for me. ;)

Ethan watches the UFC with me and he knows what the ‘ground and pound’ is…

I’m in so much trouble- with Brittany.

Check this out…

It’s silly, but the best swords play I’ve seen in a while…

Hey y’all, take care!

Night at the Game [Frisco Rough Riders]

This was Ethan’s first baseball game; we went to the Dr. Pepper Ballpark in FriscoTX. When we got there it was kinda early and the sun was coming in pretty good- it was warms/hot. There were fans, hats and drinks. The place wasn’t packed as I expected, but it was busy.

Ethan was doing okay for a while. We watched the game and he kept asking questions; who’s this, what’s that, oh that’s neat… it was fun.

I was the only one I could find wearing a cowboy hat. In the very first inning I found myself on the infield big tv. I was just all sprawled-out, laid back and watching the game. Britty and Beck had to tell me I was on TV. By the time I looked, I caught about a second and then I was gone. ‘Special’ was the word I’d use…

At one point he got his foot caught in the folding chair; his foot was at the front and the back of the seat, his weight shifted and his back foot went down the back and his other foot was still on the front, so he was pinching his own foot… poor guy. He yelled for a bit, but he’s a good sport and was over it quick.

Britty and her friend [Melanie] didn’t do anything close to us. They were off buzzing around the ballpark looking at all the guys and visiting with friends.

As the sun went down, it was like the 5th inning, the place started cooling off, the sunset was putting off a nice orange glow [the picture doesn’t do justice] and the park lights were on and it made it feel more like a game.

We left a bit early, middle of the 7th inning, because it was like 9pm and everyone had something they needed to be doing or going to, so we wrapped it up and left. It was a great time.

Until next time,
